IRISH COFFEE 
QUEBECERS 

 

Makes 1 coffee

 

INGREDIENTS

45 ml (1 1/2 oz)  St. Laurent Whiskey
120 ml (4 oz)      Hot espresso coffee 
2 tbsp. tea          Cranberry Syrup
with NUTRA-FRUIT Whiskey

2 tbsp. tea           Granulated sugar
45 ml (1 1/2 oz)  Whipped cream
Whiskey cranberries to garnish

    

TECHNICAL

Wet the rim of the glass with orange juice and dip in the granulated sugar.
Pour in the espresso and add the cranberry syrup to the whiskey.
 
Add the St. Laurent whiskey.
Stir, garnish with whipped cream and whiskey cranberries .
