CLASSIC PIZZA
FRESH MOZZARELLA
& TOMATO

Makes 1 pizza.

INGREDIENTS

1                 NAAN bread 

2 tbsp. at table        Nutra-Fruit Cranberry Onion Confit

4 slices       Tomato

4 pieces      Fresh mozzarella

1/4  Cup        Pitted Kalamata olives

1/3   Cup        Marinated artichoke

50ml            Maple Balasamque Dressing  Nutra Fruit

To taste          Ground peppercorns

flower of salt

basil leaves

For a vegan version: Replace the fresh mozzarella with vegetable mozzarella.

PREPERATION
Preheat the oven to 425 F.
Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Spread the onion and cranberry confit over the naan bread.

Cut the tomato into slices and spread them over the pizza.  With your fingers, tear pieces of fresh mozzarella then distribute them on the pizza. Add the marinated artichokes. Add the fleur de sel and the ground pepper.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and grilled to your liking. 
Remove from the oven, add the basil leaves then add a drizzle of
maple balsamic vinaigrette
