PREPERATION
Preheat the oven to 425 F.
Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Spread the onion and cranberry confit over the naan bread.

Add the prosciutto slices.  Spread the slices of goat cheese. Pepper
Bake in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and grilled to your liking.
Remove from the oven, add the arugula and raspberries then add a drizzle of
Nutra-Fruit Raspberry Vinaigrette

SPLIT PIZZA
PROSCIUTTO & GOAT CHEESE

Bursting with flavor!

Makes 1 pizza.

INGREDIENTS

1                 NAAN bread 

2 tbsp. at table       Nutra-Fruit Cranberry Onion Confit

3                 Slices of prosciutto 

3-4               Goat cheese slices 

1/4  Cup        Rocket 

3-4               Raspberries

50ml            Nutra-Fruit Raspberry Vinaigrette

To taste          Ground peppercorns

For a vegan version: Replace the goat cheese with fauxmage and the prosciutto with vegetarian bacon.
