SPRING ROLLS
ASIAN SESAME

INGREDIENTS

4 rice papers

2 Carrots, julienned

1 julienned cucumber

1 red pepper, julienned

1/2 cup rice vermicelli

Fresh coriander

Meat preparation

1 pork tenderloin, thinly sliced

grilled sesame

1 C. at the table Asian Sesame Vinaigrette @cranberry

1/2 lime juice

peppercorns and fleur de sel

Asian Sauce

1 C. at the table Asian Sesame Vinaigrette @cranberry

1/2 lime juice

2 tbsp. at the table Crunchy peanut butter

1 C. at the table Water

grilled sesame

 

Makes 4 rolls

PREPARATION

Meat

Cut the pork tenderloin into thin slices.

In a wok over high heat, brown the meat in the oil.

Add the Nutra-Fruit Asian sesame vinaigrette halfway through cooking, add salt and pepper and finish cooking. To book

Vegetables

Cut the cucumber, red pepper and carrots into julienne strips. Chop the cilantro. Cook the rice vermicelli in boiling water. To book.

Asian sesame sauce

In a saucepan melt the crunchy peanut butter, without cooking it. Add the lime juice, water and Asian sesame vinaigrette. Place in a serving bowl.

Roller assembly

In a deep plate filled with hot water, dip one rice paper at a time for a few seconds or until it softens. Remove from water.

Drain and place on a plastic board.

Arrange vermicelli, carrots, peppers and cucumbers. Add coriander.

Fold the sides towards the center.

Roll tightly and cut in half diagonally.

SERVICE

Once the rolls are formed, brown them in a pan with a drizzle of oil

Serve the rolls with the Asian sesame sauce.
