RED SMOOTHIE 
CRANBERRY & BEET

Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS

1/2  Cup        Vanilla Greek yogurt or vegetable yogurt

1 C. at table       Maple syrup

1/4  Cup        Frozen beets

1/2   Cup        Frozen raspberries

1 C. at table      Nutra-Fruit 100% Pure Organic Cranberry Juice (undiluted)

1/2 lime         Lime juice

1 C. tea        Grated fresh ginger

Bowl decoration

1/2              Organic banana

1/4  Cup        Nutra-Fruit Dried Cranberries 40% Less Sugar

1/4  Cup       Coconut flakes

1/4  Cup        Raw squash seeds

PREPERATION

Place all the ingredients in a blender. Once the preparation is smooth and homogeneous, pour the contents into a bowl. Garnish with half a sliced banana, flaked coconut, pumpkin seeds and dried cranberries 40% less sugar.
