A classic recipe from Yolande Kougioumoutzakis, co-founder of Nutra-Fruit.
With cranberry powder, it's a success every time.
Serves 6-8
INGREDIENTS
For the crust
1 1/4 cup Graham crackers
1/2 cup Butter
For the filling
2 packs Cream cheese
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/3 cup 35% cream
1/2 cup Sugar
The garnish
3/4 cup 35% cream
700 g White chocolate
NUTRA-FRUIT Cranberry Powder available at the online store.
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, mix the Graham crackers and the melted butter. Spread the mixture into a 9” round cake pan, making sure that it is well pressed down. Bake in the oven at 350 F for 15 minutes.
Using a food processor, mix the eggs, sugar, 1/3 cup of cream, vanilla and cream cheese. Pour into the crust and refrigerate for 6 hours.
In a saucepan, bring the cream to a boil, add the white chocolate and stir to melt the chocolate well. Pour into the cheese base and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Sprinkle some NUTRA-FRUIT cranberry powder.
